What does the ‘M’ in M Powered stand for?
Muscle. Muscles move you, stabilize you, and often hold the key to why pain keeps returning.
What should I wear?
Athletic or loose, comfortable clothing works best — please avoid jeans and dresses so we can test and treat muscles properly.
How long is a visit?
Visits are booked by time — 20, 30, 40, or 60 minutes. Most return visits are 40 minutes, and first visits are a full hour, focused on treatment from the start.
Do you take insurance?
We’re a self-pay practice — payment at time of service — and we’ll gladly provide paperwork for you to seek reimbursement from your insurer.
